DALLAS, TX—Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Brandy R. Manning to its Commercial Litigation Practice Group and Energy Industry Group as a Member in the firm’s Dallas office. Manning joins Dykema after practicing out of Alston & Bird’s Fort Worth office.
Manning brings more than two decades of commercial trial and appellate experience, with an emphasis on the oil & gas industry. She represents producers, service companies, mineral owners, landowners, royalty owners, lessees, lessors, landowners, and alternative energy clients in oil and gas, general business, and ad valorem tax matters. She is board-certified in civil appellate law and represents clients before administrative bodies, as well as in justice, trial, and appellate courts across Texas and New Mexico.
Manning earned a J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas and a B.B.A. in Marketing, summa cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
