This week, we’re diving into the latest judicial nominations news, including which of Biden’s long-pending picks just got through the Senate Judiciary Committee. Meanwhile, another nominee, Spokane County Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren, is being criticized by Republicans for failing to answer what Articles II and V of the U.S. Constitutional are at her confirmation hearing last week.
