Nursing Home Expert Kasey Wagner Joins Baggett Law

JACKSONVILLE, FL—Baggett Law Personal Injury Lawyers is proud to announce that attorney Kasey Wagner has joined the firm in the nursing home and medical malpractice group. Ms. Wagner is a veteran litigator with nearly twenty years of experience. She is an expert in nursing home abuse cases, having served as lead attorney in more than 100 nursing home cases throughout her career. Prior to joining Baggett Law, Ms. Wagner served as the regional lead nursing home lawyer for Morgan & Morgan’s Jacksonville office.

“Kasey is an excellent lawyer with a stellar reputation in our legal community,” said Baggett Law Founder and Managing Partner Matt Baggett. “We’re thrilled she has joined Baggett Law, and our clients will now have a unique opportunity to work with one of the top nursing home lawyers in the State of Florida.” 

A Florida-native, Ms. Wagner spent several years practicing law in North Carolina after completing her education at Wake Forest University before returning to Florida. She graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2000 and continued her education at Wake Forest University School of Law, where she graduated in the top third of her class in 2004.

Baggett Law is a personal injury law firm established in 2012 with offices in Duval and St. Johns counties.
