Simmons Hanly Conroy Shareholders Named 2023 Super Lawyers

NEW YORK, NY—Simmons Hanly Conroy, one of the nation’s largest mass torts firms and a national leader in the legal representation of mesothelioma patients and their families, is pleased to announce that the firm’s named shareholder Jayne Conroy and shareholder Andrea Bierstein have been listed in the 2023 Super Lawyers New York Metro Super Lawyers Women’s Edition.

Under Conroy’s leadership, Simmons Hanly Conroy has become one of the country’s largest plaintiff law firms dedicated to helping those injured by corporate wrongdoing. She has helped secure billions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for thousands of individuals, families, and communities across the country.

Also with more than 30 years of legal experience, Bierstein has secured millions of dollars on behalf of her clients, including a $32 million antitrust settlement for a medical supply manufacturer. A member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Department, she focuses her legal practice on pharmaceutical litigation, consumer protection class actions, commercial litigation, and environmental law. She also is a former law professor at Western New England College School of Law.
