This week, we’re taking a look at a new practice cropping up in Colorado, where two judges are writing simplified summaries of their rulings for pro se plaintiffs. Plus, Brad dove into a recent report from USAO which offered new details about a program that allows judges to remove their private information from the internet. Critics are worried it will chill speech and make holding judges accountable more difficult.
