Happy Friday from Avalon and Brad, and welcome to another roundup of the week’s news about the judiciary. This week, we’re taking a look at a new practice cropping up in Colorado, where two judges are writing simplified summaries of their rulings for pro se plaintiffs. Critics are worried it will chill speech and make holding judges accountable more difficult.

As always, please reach out to us at [email protected] or [email protected] with any tips or feedback. Follow us on Twitter at @AvalonZoppo and @BradKutner.
