MINNEAPOLIS, MN—Bassford Remele announced that Cameron Lallier has joined the firm as a shareholder. Lallier’s practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions in matters involving workouts, bankruptcy and the enforcement of security interests. His practice also includes representation of chapter 11 debtors.
Lallier represents financial institutions in commercial loan transactions and the restructuring of troubled loans. He has represented a variety of asset-based lenders and equipment lenders in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Lallier also represents many other financial institutions in both commercial and consumer regulatory and compliance issues such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
