New York, NY—Cohen Seglias is pleased to announce that Paul Lucas has joined the firm as a litigation partner in the firm’s New York office as we also enter into an of counsel relationship with downtown Manhattan-based firm Georgoulis PLLC, founded by Chris Georgoulis.
With more than 20 years of experience working with contractors, subcontractors, developers, design professionals and owners on construction matters and in commercial litigation, Lucas helps clients navigate complex construction claims from inception to trial. He has spent his career in New York, handling, among other matters, default and termination claims, delay claims, extra work disputes and defense and prosecution of mechanic’s lien claims. Lucas is active in the New York construction and real estate industries and regularly handles cases in New York’s state and federal courts.
