WASHINGTON, D.C.—Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome corporate and securities law attorney Fangyu (Fiona) Ye to the firm’s Washington, DC, office. Ye is Stinson’s fourth lateral hire to join the firm’s DC office since the start of the year.
Ye has experience representing domestic and international business entities in securities, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and general corporate matters. She also has experience representing EB-5 Immigrant Investor Regional Centers in private placements and preparation of templates for EB-5 related petitions with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services.
