WASHINGTON, D.C.—Lathrop GPM LLP is pleased to announce that A. Asad Imam, CFE, is the inaugural recipient of the firm’s 1L Diversity Opportunity Program award. Imam expects to graduate in 2025 from The American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. He currently serves as a 1L Summer Associate with Lathrop GPM in the Kansas City, Missouri office working primarily with the firm’s Franchise & Distribution Practice Group on litigation and transactional matters.
Imam also works as a Paralegal II for Marriott International where he handles franchise hotel development contracts and corporate transactions.
