DALLAS, TX—McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Christopher John has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation Group as an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office. Christopher focuses his practice on representing financial services clients in the mortgage lending, automobile finance, and insurance industries. McGlinchey hired 31 new attorneys, including 28 litigators, from January to the end of June 2023.
Christopher primarily focuses on defending clients regarding alleged violations of Texas state and federal consumer protection statutes such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and others.
