Frank focuses his practice on internal investigations and white-collar defense matters, including cross-border investigations, antitrust matters, and investigations and consulting regarding Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) issues, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) filings, and Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions.
Frank also is actively involved in pro bono work, including serving on the board of directors for the Charlotte Metro Human Trafficking Task Force.
