LAS VEGAS, NV—The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Gina M. Mushmeche, a shareholder with Kravitz, Schnitzer, Johnson & Watson, CHTD, in Las Vegas, Nevada, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
Ms. Mushmeche focuses her practice on insurance defense and coverage. She has litigated and favorably resolved several liability cases for premises liability, negligent security and third-party assaults and has also briefed several appeals. She also regularly assists clients with coverage opinions and has successfully negotiated dozens of mediations. Previously, Ms. Mushmeche served as an assistant district attorney for Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
